Qualifications

Valid driver's license and minimum 5 years of driving experience.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Ability to pass background verification and drug/alcohol screening.
Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and operations.
Supervise self-driving performance and intervene when necessary.
Complete routes in compliance with procedures and regulations.
Support deployment of robotaxi services with safe vehicle operation.
Conduct inspections and report any issues to depot/technical teams.
Record disengagements and provide feedback to engineering teams.
