Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing, commercial ride-hailing, and city launches across North America. You will coordinate safety operators, depot staff, technicians, and SDS specialists to keep fleets safe, available, and deployment-ready.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fleet operations or related fields.
• Proven experience leading 24/7 operations teams.
• Strong KPI tracking and reporting skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across depots.
• Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Staff, and Technicians.
• Ensure readiness for testing, deployment, and city launches.
• Monitor fleet utilization, uptime, charging, and dispatch.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Drive safety, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
