Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across depot locations in North America. You'll coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles deployment-ready and meet KPIs.

You'll lead 24/7 operations, drive safety culture, and partner with engineering, product, and fleet teams to scale city launches and commercial ride-hailing services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, transportation, logistics, mobility services, or similar operational environments.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Fluent English.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depot locations.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, charging schedules, and readiness.
• Oversee depot operations and ensure safety and maintenance standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Promote safety culture and ensure procedures are followed.
