DoorDash Labs is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist, Robot (Shift Lead) to lead a team of operators on a 4/10 schedule (AM/PM shifts). You will drive daily execution, foster accountability, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced robotics environment.

You will escalate issues, report performance, and partner with leadership to optimize deployment schedules and break rotations, while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in operations or logistics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively to team members and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to foster accountability and excellence in fast-paced environments.
