Starbucks Coffee Company in Chicago's Roastery is seeking an Operations Lead for Retail Merchandise to support store operations and the Starbucks Reserve® experience during scheduled shifts. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality products and service while modeling Starbucks guiding principles.

You will work with the operations team to ensure standards are met, uphold cash handling and safety procedures, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail and/or restaurant environment
• Available to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to carry 35lb consistently
• Identify, train, and model adherence to health and safety standards

Responsabilités

• Act with integrity and promote Starbucks culture, values and mission
• Remain calm during high volume periods to maintain standards
• Anticipate store needs by evaluating environment and cues; communicate with the manager
• Assist with partner training and provide coaching as needed
• Contribute to a positive environment and deliver legendary service
