• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page OneSite and fair housing regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily to site locations within the region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, rent collection, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to fair housing laws and affordable housing regulations.
