Zusammenfassung

Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Roaming Property Manager to travel regionally, support property operations, and assist in leasing, budgeting, and compliance. You will help ensure properties meet fair housing and affordable housing program requirements while maintaining high levels of resident service.

The role involves daily site travel, handling rent collections, inspections, and coordination with property teams. Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite and LIHTC experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Travel daily to regional sites to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, and rent collection.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are followed.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection.
• Provide outstanding service and resolve resident inquiries.
• Maintain applicant wait list and process leases.
• Conduct initial lease processes and annual recertifications.
• Pass INSPIRE and government agency inspections.
• Ensure vacant apartments lease quickly and market them.
• Inspect units and supervise outside vendors.
• Organize community activities per management agreement.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies.
• Travel to regional and home office trainings/conferences.
