Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Budget reports and assist with budget development.
• Analyze data to support efficiency and MAPI requirements.
• Create requisitions, shopping carts, and purchase orders following procedures.
• Assist with physical inventories and proper storekeeping.
• Prepare bids, review specifications, and monitor vendor performance.
• Support roadside contracts, rented equipment tracking, and record management.
