Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling work, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to analyze data to improve maintenance operations.
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory, and field coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Review work plans to confirm labor, materials, equipment and funding align with maintenance needs.
• Monitor SAP data to track production units, hours, materials and equipment use for accuracy.
• Support material purchasing, storage, issuing and record keeping to maintain inventory levels.
• Observe field activities and gather information to develop and refine work standards.
• Inspect roadway damage and prepare estimates to coordinate repairs.
• Assist with rented equipment tracking, bids, agreements and vendor documentation.
