Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Technical Assistant or equivalent.
• One year of experience in analysis of data used in planning and scheduling of work, materials, and equipment.
• An Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology, or related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Applicants may meet educational requirements within three months of graduating.
• Must meet PA residency requirement and be able to perform essential job functions.
• Criminal history background check required by optional conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing Support: assist with purchase orders, specifications, bids, and contract awards.
• Equipment Tracking: maintain rented equipment records and summaries.
• Financial Processing: reconcile invoices and manage payments and expenses entries.
• Work Plan Analysis: review and adjust work plans to match program needs.
• Data Review: analyze data and reports to monitor production, equipment use, and material quantities.
• Inventory Oversight: manage materials, inventory records, and bulk storage.
