Responsibilities

• Purchase Management: Handle purchases for equipment, fuel, services, utilities, and building/grounds maintenance.
• Material Coordination: Monitor bids, request materials, ensure availability for maintenance projects.
• Inventory Support: Conduct stockpile counts and maintain winter service material databases.
• Data Review: Gather and analyze information for maintenance efficiency measures and reports.
• SAP Oversight: Manage materials within databases and direct purchasing, storage, and issuing of parts.
• Surplus Preparation: Prepare items for surplus or transfer and recommend actions for unusable materials.
