Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Roadway Programs Manager 1 to guide statewide maintenance planning and strengthen highway operations across the state. You will analyze data, support district users, and coordinate enhancements to Transportation tools.

Qualifications

Two years of experience as a Roadway Programs Technician Supervisor or equivalent Federal Government role.
Two years of professional experience in roadway maintenance management analysis and implementation.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
PA residency and ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

System Analysis: evaluate data to support maintenance operations.
User Support: training and troubleshooting for District and County personnel.
Data Integrity: diagnose issues and improve accuracy across platforms.
Technical Coordination: coordinate with IT to test updates and improve user experience.
Training Development: create learning materials and statewide trainings.
Operational Planning: apply data to assist in cycle maintenance planning and accreditation.
