Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Roadway Programs Manager 1 to guide statewide maintenance planning and analyze performance of transportation systems. You will train District staff on Maintenance-IQ, troubleshoot issues, and drive data integrity improvements across multiple platforms.

You’ll coordinate with IT teams to test updates, develop training materials, and support accreditation requirements. This role may involve telework and alternate schedules, with location based near the

Responsibilities

• System Analysis: Evaluate data and performance in multiple Transportation systems to support maintenance operations.
• User Support: Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting for District and County personnel using Maintenance-IQ and related tools.
• Data Integrity: Identify issues, diagnose causes, and implement resolutions to improve accuracy across various platforms.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with Information Technology teams to test updates, improve user experience, and implement system enhancements.
• Training Development: Create learning materials and lead statewide training sessions to help staff use systems effectively.
• Operational Planning: Apply system data to assist in sectional cycle maintenance planning and support accreditation requirements.
