Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Roadway Programs Technician Supervisor or one year as a Roadway Programs Coordinator; or
• Two years of professional experience in roadway maintenance management system analysis/implementation with a related bachelor's degree; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• System Analysis: Evaluate data and performance in multiple Transportation systems to support maintenance operations.
• User Support: Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting for District and County personnel using Maintenance-IQ and related tools.
• Data Integrity: Identify issues, diagnose causes, and implement resolutions to improve accuracy across various platforms.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with Information Technology teams to test updates, improve user experience, and implement system enhancements.
• Training Development: Create learning materials and lead statewide training sessions to help staff use systems effectively.
• Operational Planning: Apply system data to assist in sectional cycle maintenance planning and support accreditation requirements.
