Job summary

Ferrovial’s Webber Canada unit invites you to join a team maintaining roadways, medians, signs, and other assets as a Winter Maintenance Shift Supervisor. You will lead operations, allocate equipment and labor, and ensure compliance with safety standards on assigned sites.

The role requires a minimum three years in construction or road maintenance, a high school diploma, and a valid Ontario DZ driver's license with MTO permit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Minimum three years’ experience in construction or road maintenance (outdoor work).
• Valid Ontario Class DZ Driver's License and MTO permit required.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties of shift supervisor during winter maintenance season.
• Organizing daily/weekly work with appropriate equipment, materials and labor.
• Ensuring safety compliance and overseeing contract staff performance.
• Maintaining records of equipment, hours, materials, and incidents.
• Collaborating with supervisor on traffic control and work plans.
