Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited is seeking a skilled operator to maintain road assets and perform seasonal snow/ice control using heavy equipment. You will follow strict safety protocols and communicate clearly with the crew to ensure safe operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid Ontario G license (DZ a plus), and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic math and reading comprehension to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracted assets (roads, signs, barriers, etc.).
• Operate heavy equipment during seasonal needs (snow plow).
• Perform safety checks and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites and assist during emergencies.
