Job summary

Ferrovial, through its Webber subsidiary, seeks a field maintenance technician to preserve road assets and support infrastructure projects in Canada. The role requires precise repair work, safe operation of equipment, and coordination with crew members on busy roadways.

Candidates should hold a High School Diploma and have at least three years of related experience, plus an Ontario Class G license and safety training. The position is on site with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in construction/road maintenance preferred.
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license or higher with acceptable driving record.
• Successful completion of training in traffic control methods, first aid, transportation of dangerous goods, WHMIS and related job safety aspects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails and related infrastructure.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right‑of‑way maintenance.
• Be available for emergency response rotations including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Follow safety rules and procedures and communicate effectively with team members.
