Ferrovial, through its Webber Canada division, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead highway and related infrastructure maintenance projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate self-perform or subcontracted work, and ensure contract requirements are met while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The role calls for five years of supervisory construction/road maintenance experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in both office and field settings,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; minimum five years work experience in construction and/or road maintenance industry is required. Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record (required)
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift up to 50 pounds; willingness for office and field work.

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance crews and manage safety training.
• Schedule work and coordinate self-perform or sub-contracts.
• Inspect ongoing and completed work for contract compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate on-site responders.
• Coordinate with ministry staff and other contractors.
