Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Ferrovial group company, is seeking a hands-on worker to maintain contracted assets across roadways, signs and guardrails, using heavy equipment with safety first in mind.

The role covers winter snow removal and ice control, and summer repairs to surfaces, signs, lighting and potholes. A valid Ontario DZ license is required, with on-call rotations and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years related work experience in related construction, road maintenance, commercial/industrial repair, operating equipment through use of DZ license.
• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license and acceptable driving record; AZ license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Removal of snow and ice using snow removal and/or sanding equipment.
• Maintenance and repair of highways, signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes, striping, reflectors, litter and debris removal.
• Traffic control setup and removal; transport crew and equipment to sites; on-call for overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
