Job summary

You will guide criteria, alignments, construction plans, and cost estimates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Travel up to 10% is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license is required.
• 10 years of related experience; domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical advancement of highway design projects and ensure technical accuracy through the project lifecycle.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of transportation planning and design projects; ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, review, and mentor junior engineers; provide technical guidance and training.
