You will collaborate with design professionals to develop detailed roadway designs, prepare plans, specs, and cost estimates, and support permits and construction oversight. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and timely project delivery in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong civil engineering principles and roadway design knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop roadway designs in line with regulations and standards.
• Assist in creating project plans, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Prepare engineering specifications for road construction and maintenance.
• Create alignment and geometric designs for roads and intersections.
• Obtain permits and approvals from authorities for roadway projects.
• Provide technical support during construction and review plans.
• Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure design standards.
• Incorporate environmental considerations such as stormwater management.
