The successful candidate will work on detailed roadway designs, perform feasibility studies, and prepare cost estimates while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Collaboration with design teams, stakeholders, and contractors is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency with Microstation, Open Roads, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of civil roadway design and traffic engineering.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop detailed roadway designs meeting standards.
• Develop project plans, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Prepare specifications and select materials for road projects.
• Create alignments and geometry for roads and intersections.
• Obtain permits and approvals from authorities.
• Provide technical support during construction and review plans.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks.
• Consider environmental factors in roadway design.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Build internal and external professional relationships.
