Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks a CEI Inspector to perform construction engineering and inspection of roadway, bridge, and transportation projects in Georgia. You will conduct field inspections, verify materials and workmanship, and support project engineers throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities include inspecting asphalt/concrete, foundations, reinforcement, and drainage; maintaining records; and assisting with project meetings and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Experience inspecting roadways/bridges or heavy civil projects.
• Strong math/geometry/trigonometry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent inspections of roadway and bridge work.
• Inspect materials, pavement placement, alignment, depth, and quality.
• Monitor traffic control devices and erosion measures.
• Document records and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
