Accura Engineering is seeking a CEI Inspector to perform field inspections of roadways, bridges, and transportation projects in Georgia. You will verify materials, monitor workmanship, and support project engineers throughout construction.

The role requires reading plans, applying highway standards, and maintaining detailed records. Occasional leadership of other inspectors and coordination with contractors may be involved.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Perform mathematical calculations including geometry and trigonometry.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Perform independent inspections of roadway and bridge construction to ensure compliance.
• Inspect materials and workmanship for asphalt, concrete, and structural components.
• Monitor traffic control devices and erosion control measures.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Supervise inspectors and assist with project meetings and closeout activities.
• Assist with resurfacing, striping, safety improvements, and bridge rehabilitation projects.
