Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Obtain GDOT CEI certifications within specified time frames.
• Proficient in mathematical calculations and pay quantity computations.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent inspections of roadway and bridge construction to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Inspect materials, pavement, alignment, and overall construction quality.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Supervise inspectors and participate in project meetings and plan reviews.
• Support construction management on a range of transportation projects.
