Job summary

Fox Rent A Car is seeking Roadside Assistance Agents to assist customers facing vehicle issues with calm, expert guidance and fast problem resolution. You will handle inbound calls, determine a preliminary course of action, and guide customers to get back on the road safely.

Experience in inbound call centers is a plus; strong communication, data-entry, and multi-tasking skills are essential to deliver professional support across phone, email, or chat channels.

Qualifications

• Inbound call center experience is a solid plus.
• Intermediate typing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Must be available to work multiple schedules that include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and assistance to callers experiencing difficulties with their vehicles.
• Determine a preliminary course of action based on the information presented by the customer.
• Think creatively and independently while facilitating problem resolution.
• Display courtesy, clarity, and professionalism to resolve issues and aim for one-call resolution.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through vehicle issues to get them back on the road quickly and safely.
• Convey accurate information about the company across channels (phone, email, fax, etc.).
• Explain vehicle features to customers and coworkers with a wide range of knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
