Responsibilities

• Receive, document, triage, and resolve driver-reported maintenance issues and OTR breakdowns.
• Coordinate road service and direct drivers to authorized repair facilities.
• Review repair estimates and obtain management approval when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety policies.
• Communicate promptly with drivers, customers, and internal partners.
