Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Roadside Service Tech–Flatbed to respond to member calls with prompt ETA, provide safe roadside assistance, battery boosts, tire changes, and towing as necessary. You will educate members on issues, promote AAA services, and tow to facilities when required.

This is a fast-paced, 24/7 role requiring a strong safety mindset and excellent customer service. Eligible for annual bonuses and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, and a 6%

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 21 years of age.
Post-secondary training in automotive mechanics.
Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting.
Active and valid driver’s license; DOT card pre-hire within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Accept calls and dispatch to assist members with ETA to destination.
Provide safe roadside service, minor mechanical assistance, and towing as needed.
Maintain vehicle, equipment, inventory, and compliance with club policies.
Promote AAA products and services and coordinate with Dispatch for member needs.
Work independently in a 24/7 operation and cover various shifts.
