Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, minimum 21 years old, post-secondary automotive training, a valid driver's license, and DOT clearance.

Qualifications

• Accept calls and respond to Dispatch or members with ETA to destination. Locate members and greet them to provide reassurance and advice, and handle the technical aspects of the situation.
