Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Roadside Service Tech Flatbed to provide best-in-class roadside solutions for AAA members. You will handle calls, assess safety, perform minor mechanicals, and tow vehicles when required, all while upholding AAA standards and promoting services.

You must be at least 21 with a valid state license, pass DOT pre-hire checks, and join a 24/7 operation requiring flexibility across shifts. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and automotive training.
• 21+ years of age with valid driver’s license and DOT pre-hire card.
• Active DOT driver qualification and safe driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member requests with ETA and locate members on scene.
• Provide safe, basic mechanical assistance and perform battery boosts or tire changes as trained.
• Tow vehicles when needed following policy and ensure member safety and satisfaction.
• Educate members on AAA products and services and promote additional offerings.
