Job summary

AAA Northeast seeks a Roadside Service Tech (Flatbed) in Milford, CT to deliver safe, best-in-class roadside solutions for AAA members. Responds to service calls, performs minor mechanical repairs, battery boosts, and towing when needed, while educating members about AAA products and services.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to club policies; shift schedules include evenings and weekends, with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary training in automotive mechanics and familiarity with electrical troubleshooting required.
• Active and valid driver’s license issued by a single state.
• DOT card pre-hire and during employment as required.

Responsibilities

• Accept calls and respond to Dispatch or members with ETA.
• Locate members and greet them to take action; maintain safety of scene.
• Provide minor mechanical assistance and towing as needed; battery boosts when appropriate.
• Tow disabled vehicles to repair facilities per policy.
• Promote AAA products and services and educate members.
