Job summary

AAA Northeast in Avon, MA is seeking a Roadside Service Tech Flatbed to deliver safe, best-in-class roadside solutions to members. You will respond to requests within ETA, perform jump starts, tire changes, minor mechanical assistance, and, when needed, tow vehicles to repair facilities while ensuring member safety and satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $23.50–$27.00 plus overnight and evening differentials, annual bonuses, 401(k) with 6% match, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active and valid driver’s license in one state/jurisdiction.
• DOT card pre-hire and as a current employee within 1 year.
• Able to pass motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member requests within ETA; greet and assist calmly.
• Provide minor mechanical assistance and safe tow when needed.
• Maintain vehicle/equipment in good working order and promote AAA products.
• Operate MDC computer to receive/update calls and process payments.
