Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years in logistics/transportation/automotive tech or an equivalent combination.
• At least 1 year in a Cox Fleet-related role (Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-value repairs and serious situations.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and adherence to customer instructions.
• Ensure estimates are accurate and billing is communicated clearly to service providers.
