Fox Rent A Car, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Roadside Agent in Tulsa, OK. You will handle inbound calls, provide calm, expert help, and guide customers through vehicle issues to get them back on the road quickly and safely.

You’ll assess situations, determine preliminary actions, and communicate clearly across channels. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in an inbound call center and automotive-related business is a solid plus.
• Intermediate typing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Must be available to work multiple schedules that include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and assistance to callers experiencing difficulties with their vehicles.
• Determine a preliminary course of action based on information from the customer.
• Think creatively and independently while facilitating problem resolution.
• Display courtesy, clarity, and professionalism to resolve issues and achieve one-call resolution.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through vehicle issues to get them back on the road quickly and safely.
• Convey accurate information about the company across channels (in person, phone, email, fax).
• Explain vehicle features to customers and co-workers with varied knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
