Qualifications

• Intermediate typing and data entry skills.

• Available to work multiple schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to callers experiencing vehicle difficulties.
• Determine a preliminary course of action based on customer information.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers to get them back on the road.
• Explain vehicle features to customers and coworkers clearly and accurately.
