Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Road Supervisor to monitor street operations in California according to client and safety requirements. You will oversee site checks, vehicle readiness, and on-time performance, while guiding dispatch and maintenance staff in field operations.

This role requires a High School diploma, CDL Class B, and experience in passenger transportation. You will coordinate with operators, ensure proper documentation, and support safety initiatives to minimize passenger

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications according to local contract requirements.
• 2 years CDL Class B experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor street operations according to client, operations and safety requirements.
• Conduct site checks and road observations; document findings and report to staff.
• Perform wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness checks on in-service vehicles.
• Ensure on-time service and route adherence; provide information to site personnel.
• Respond to accidents and incidents; assist with dispatch and resumption of service.
• Accompany operators to facilities after incidents; oversee post-accident procedures.
• Fill vacant shifts to maintain full service delivery.
• Conduct gate checks and complete paperwork including manifests and inspections.
• Identify rerouting needs due to traffic, construction, or accidents.
