Job summary

MV Transportation seeks a Road Supervisor to monitor street operations according to client and safety requirements. You will conduct site checks, ensure vehicle readiness, and support dispatch and operations to minimize passenger disruptions.

The role requires ensuring on-time service, coordinating with site personnel, and maintaining high safety and service standards. Prior passenger transport experience is preferred; strong communication and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certifications per local contract requirements.
• Previous passenger transportation experience is required.
• Excellent safety and service record.
• Knowledge of local operations and training programs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor street operations according to client, operations and safety requirements.
• Conduct site checks and road observations and report findings.
• Check wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness on in-service vehicles.
• Monitor on-time performance and route adherence; provide information to site staff.
• Respond to accidents, manage information flow, and assist dispatch to resume service.
• Accompany operators to medical facilities and oversee post-accident procedures.
• Fill vacant shifts to ensure full service delivery.
• Conduct gate checks to ensure on-time service and proper paperwork.
