Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Road Supervisor to monitor street operations per client and safety requirements in California. You will conduct site checks, ensure route adherence, and assist dispatch and field staff to maintain service levels.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, CDL Class B experience, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Prior passenger transport exposure is preferred, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications according to local contract requirements.
• 2 years CDL Class B experience.
• Previous passenger transportation experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site checks and road observations per client and local policy, reporting findings to project staff.
• Monitor on-time performance and route adherence on assignments.
• Provide passenger information for site personnel and at key locations.
• Respond to accidents and incidents, assisting to manage the situation and resume service.
• Accompany operators to medical facilities as required and support post-accident procedures.
• Fill vacant shifts to ensure full service delivery.
• Conduct gate checks at pull-out/pull-in times and complete necessary paperwork.
