Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Road Supervisor to monitor street operations in our California service area. You will ensure on-time performance, verify routes, supervise field staff, and support dispatch and maintenance teams in field operations.

Responsibilities include site inspections, safety checks, incident response, and coordination with operations to minimize passenger disruption. Strong English communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
• Prior passenger transportation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor street operations for on-time performance and route adherence.
• Perform site checks and road observations per policy and report findings.
• Check wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness on in-service vehicles.
• Provide information to site personnel and key locations.
• Respond to accidents and incidents and assist to resume service per contract.
