Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor street operations for on-time performance and schedule adherence.
• Conduct site checks and road observations and file reports for project staff.
• Provide information to site personnel and at key locations.
• Respond to accidents and incidents and assist in restoring service per contract specs.
• Accompany operators to medical facilities when needed and manage post-accident procedures.
• Fill vacant shifts to ensure full service delivery.
• Conduct gate checks and ensure proper paperwork including manifests and inspections.
• Identify rerouting needs due to traffic, construction, or incidents.
• Ensure operators are fit for duty with proper licensing and certifications.
• Assist operators with service or passenger problems and support dispatch and maintenance staff.
• Provide safety feedback to improve daily operations.
