Qualifications

• DOT drug testing and physical compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by monitoring carriers and ensuring on-time starts and performance.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns about trips, including no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage emergencies for vehicle operators; liaise between carrier and emergency services.
• Review route performance daily and respond to issues affecting customer service.
• Perform other duties as required.
