Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks Snow Plow / Seasonal Equipment Operators for the October–April season in Ontario. Join a leading infrastructure team and help keep roadways safe and clear during winter operations.

Responsibilities include snow removal, salting, and maintenance of highway surfaces; you’ll also manage traffic control and transport crews to sites. A DZ license is required with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in related construction/road maintenance roles.
• DZ license required with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Snow/ice removal and salting on roads, bridges, and related structures.
• Maintain/repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, lighting, and striping.
• Set up traffic control and transport crew/equipment to sites as needed.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
