Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited, a Webber Group Company, is seeking a loader operator to support snow removal and winter maintenance under the supervision of the Operations Manager. The role offers a challenge in a Canadian environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of outdoor construction/maintenance experience, and a valid Ontario Class G driver's license with a Loader Operator certification.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in construction, road maintenance, or related outdoor work.
• Experience operating a loader in winter maintenance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate loader safely for snow removal and winter maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Clear snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, bus stops, and drainage components.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to complete tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Assist with de-icing and salting operations.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Report progress and obstacles to supervisor.
