Job summary

DSV Road is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition and development in the small- to medium-sized segment across the US.

You will work with Pricing, Operations and Sales Support to tailor transportation and logistics solutions, build relationships, manage the sales process, onboard new customers, and expand service offerings to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in sales or business development preferred.
• Experience building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with KPI-driven environments.
• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US SMB segment.
• Acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, referrals.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and develop revenue strategies.
• Maintain a portfolio of accounts to support growth.
• Prepare and present proposals and service recommendations.
• Support onboarding and implementation for new customers.
