Qualifications

• Subject to DOT drug testing and, if applicable, DOT 49 CFR Part 40 alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by monitoring trip performance and on-time routing.
• Provide customer support for questions about trips, no-shows, and cancellations.
• Manage emergencies for vehicle operators and coordinate with authorities.
• Review route performance daily and respond to issues impacting service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
