Job summary

Complete Care Management in Maryland seeks an RN Supervisor to lead care teams for residents recently discharged from hospital or needing long-term care. This part-time role offers 1st or 2nd shift and every-other weekend (Sat/Sun), with no on-call requirements and negotiable pay beyond a starting $46/hour.

You will oversee care planning, monitor health conditions, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and ongoing

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license is required.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills are essential.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references.

Responsibilities

• Assist to implement and revise care plans; monitor health conditions.
• Supervise staff, oversee scheduling, and educate team.
• Communicate resident condition changes to families/providers; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Review incidents, transcribe orders, and audit medical charges for accuracy.
• Educate families, residents, and staff on health status and care plans.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
