Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring an RN Supervisor in Maryland to oversee resident care and lead the nursing team. This part-time role runs every other weekend from 7am to 7pm, with pay negotiable starting at $41/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities include care planning, supervising staff, liaising with families and the interdisciplinary team, documenting incidents, and ensuring accuracy of medical charges and compliance. Prior long-term care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Excellent leadership and clinical skills.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and references.

• Care Needs & Planning: assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, responds to emergencies or changes in status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: supervises care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educates & leads staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: reviews incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explains health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and directs care skills.
