Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor for weekend night coverage (7pm-7am, every other weekend). You must be licensed to practice in Maryland and have prior long-term care experience. Responsibilities include planning, staffing oversight, family communication, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care needs planning and revise care plans; monitor resident health and respond to changes.
• Oversee staff coverage, scheduling, evaluate performance, and provide education.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and interdisciplinary team.
• Review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on health status and care expectations.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff

Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy

Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
