Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor to provide skilled nursing care in Hyattsville. This part-time role requires working every other weekend from 7pm to 7am. Candidates must have prior long-term care experience and be licensed as a RN in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work as a RN in Maryland.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical evaluations.

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

• Part Time: 7pm-7am Every Other Weekend

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educates & leads staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explains health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and directs care skills with intervention as needed.
