Job summary

Complete Care at Wheaton is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations for residents in our long-term care setting. This part-time role runs every other weekend from 7am to 7pm, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Licensed Maryland RN with strong leadership skills and the ability to pass pre-employment checks is required. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience, with benefits available for eligible positions.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: supervise care assignments, ensure coverage, evaluate staff performance, provide education and leadership.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers, collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges and maintain records for accuracy.
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: explain health status and care expectations, guide care skills.

Part Time- Every Other Weekend- 7am-7pm

• Pay Negotiable- starting at $41/hr & up based on experience

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
